“I’m proud to recognize six incredible team members who have each dedicated 25+ years to our company. Decades of craftsmanship, loyalty, early mornings, problem-solving, teamwork, and pride in every project that leaves our shop. That kind of commitment is rare, and it speaks volumes about the people who make this place what it is. These individuals have served thousands of customers and helped build a reputation for quality that we all stand behind.
Please join me in celebrating:

Businesses don’t last 62 years without people like this. I’m beyond grateful for each of you and the legacy you continue to build every single day. Thank you for all that you do for Jim McMichael Signs.”- Jim
On November 1, 2025, we’re proud to celebrate an incredible milestone. Darryl “Flash” Frazier’s 43rd anniversary with Jim McMichael Signs!
Jim hired Flash back in 1982, when he was just 20 years old. He started out hand-lettering vehicles. He also helped Jim move to our new location in 1983, using his old 1974 truck. Since then, he’s become an absolute cornerstone of our shop, a true jack of all trades who can do just about anything.
Flash is completely self-taught when it comes to vinyl installation and has a gift for teaching others. He’s the first to take new hires under his wing, showing them the ropes with patience, skill, and a sense of humor that makes every day better.
He’s also our longest-tenured employee, with over four decades of dedication, craftsmanship, and leadership that continue to inspire everyone around him.
Outside of work, Flash is a devoted husband, proud father, and grandfather of three beautiful grandchildren. He also gives back to the community as a volunteer firefighter with the Blaine Volunteer Fire Department.
You’ll never meet a kinder or more genuine person and we’re beyond grateful for the 43 years he’s dedicated to helping make Jim McMichael Signs what it is today.
